Amb. Igali is former Ambassador to the Scandinavian, former federal Permanent Secretary, Former Secretary to Bayelsa State Government and current Alternate Chairman of Committee of Pro-Chancellors of Nigeria universities and pro Chancellor, Federal University of Technology Akure. He is also First Vice President of Academy of International Affairs of Nigeria. Amb. Igali is a US Books Review Golden Prize award winning writer of the book “Perspectives on Nation State Formation in Contemporary Africa.”
